Widely Used Industrial Machinery - CNC Cutting Machines

The first Numerical Control (NC) machines were built in 1940’s & 1950’s that operates through numerically encoded programs. They were then transformed into analog & digital computers named Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines.

There are several uses of these machines like Cutting, Welding or Shaping. The most common type of these machines is known as Plasma CNC Cutting Machine, used for cutting different parts or objects. These CNC Cutting Machines performs every task commanded by Computer Aided Design (CAD) & Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs encoded in their storage devices.

The machine cuts every part automatically in accordance with the design & manufacturing commands so as to assure the accuracy of all the parts. Each part produced by CNC cutting machine is as original as CAD. Today almost every major manufacturing company uses these machines as they are very efficient & cost effective. A single CNC cutting machine performs the task of atleast 5-10 workers hence also reducing labor cost requiring only 1 person to supervise the process. Its accuracy is so efficient that even a microscopic design can be repeated as many times as required. This is the reason why CNC Cutting Machines are so popular & becoming more & more advanced in accordance with the modernized needs of the business world.
