Massey Ferguson Ltd formed by the merger of Massey Harris
and Ferguson Company in 1953 later it was purchased by AGCO an American Agriculture
equipment manufacturer in 1958.
Massey Ferguson tractor parts and tractors still remain top sellers and in high demand around the world especially in North American countries and Europe. It has wide market share in major countries of Europe, and manufactures wide range of agricultural multipurpose vehicles.
The first of the tractors produced by Massey Ferguson was
named MF35, and enjoyed great success and was manufactured in high numbers to
meet the massive demand across the world and sold pretty well in UK, Australia,
Ireland, USA and Canada. These tractors were known for their durability
toughness and engine’s long life, it soon became a dream come true for the
farmers and agriculturist, Massey Ferguson enjoyed great financial success and
the company kept on producing new models of the MF series tractors.
These tractors are still in high demand and have reached
third world countries and also major countries of Asia like China, and it has
become the most widely sold brand of agricultural machinery of the world.
